In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, anchor the strategic goal of high-level technological self-reliance and self-strengthening, leverage the unique advantages of the CAST, and vigorously promote academic prosperity, the China Association for Science and Technology (CAST) will organize a series of special forums as part of the 28th Annual Conference of CAST (hereinafter referred to as the "Annual Conference") in Beijing in July 2026, under the theme "Seizing the High Ground, Fostering New Drivers, Providing Scientific and Technological Support for Chinese Modernization."

Following a successful application, the Chinese Astronomical Society will host a special forum titled "Dark Energy and the Hubble Constant Crisis" during the Annual Conference. The forum format will include keynote presentations, discussions on non-consensus topics, and roundtable discussions. We are now inviting original papers from related fields for publication in the academic journal Research in Astronomy and Astrophysics (RAA), sponsored by the Society. The Chinese Astronomical Society will coordinate the promotion and dissemination of the relevant results, and RAA will provide a green channel for the publication of papers meeting the submission requirements.

Details for paper submission to the special forum are as follows:
